You can reverse Type 2 Diabetes however you need to know what it is and why it happens, and how a healthy body will help. Type 2 Diabetes is caused when the pancreas does not supply the insulin the blood needs or it doesn’t work properly to lower the glucose.
When glucose is not been broken down your body’s cells aren’t able to use it, when that occurs the results can cause your blood sugars to rise; the unused glucose then stays within the blood stream.
Could You be Born With Type 2 Diabetes?
No! The primary cause of this kind of diabetes is eating more food than your body needs, this can lead to the food being stored in the body as excess body fat and each kilo of body fat then makes the problem worse, so to reverse Type 2 Diabetes, there are some things you need to do, that includes diet and exercise.
The pancreas is there to make use of the food turning it into fuel, this fuel enables your body to complete the daily living, giving the pancreas an excessive amount of fuel may eventually overload it and therefor will not be able to keep up with the demand.
Large Amounts of Glucose is a Problem
Problems arise like high cholesterol levels or high blood pressure, your Doctor should check both often as you get older. Organs are then impacted by large amounts of glucose and long term complications can happen, for example nerve damage or Heart Problems.
These complications don’t happen overnight but take years before any significant damage appears. Type 2 Diabetes is known to as the quiet killer because lots of people have the disease and don’t know nor understand it, but you can reverse Type 2 Diabetes
The Signs and symptoms of Diabetes
Probably the most commonly known signs and symptoms of diabetes are excessive thirst and frequent urination Since these two signs and symptoms are spoken about more often, it’s very easy to overlook other lesser-known effects of developing type 2 Diabetes, especially because these symptoms can take years to build up.
Besides the increase of thirst type 2 Diabetes causes fatigue. It can be a weariness that seem like you cannot get through the day without a Nana nap. The fatigue is heavy enough to result in difficulty focusing. You feel foggy, not able to complete the chores you could once breeze to through.
Problems With Vision Are Often Mistaken As Just Getting Older
The condition can also cause blurred vision, the sensation that the eyes are having trouble focusing. This can be a key symptom frequently overlooked in people of middle age because they attribute the vision problems to aging.
It is important to look at ways to reverse type 2 Diabetes, a form of exercise I have found to help is 7 Minute Workout 3 times a week. Since using 7 Minute Workout, my blood Sugars have dropped, my cholesterol levels and blood pressure are good. My Doctor is very happy with my results.

Hello Rita,
I love the idea of the 7 minute workout! With a crazy busy lifestyle there is never enough time
I was reading over your signs of Diabetes Type 2 and it was very scary! I never realised that Blurred Vision, and a huge thirst plus frequent bathroom trips could be a sign! The nanny nap, and trying to find energy to keep going – that is also another sign I did not know about!!! Thanks for sharing your great information.
Cheers

Congratulations Rita what a fantastic result being able to reverse type 2 diabetes with just 7 minutes workout 3 days a week. I bet you are feeling fantastic.
As you mentioned, sometimes type 2 diabetes take a long time to develop or they go unnoticed. That’s why it’s important for people who have high risk factors such as being overweight, over 45 years of age, physically inactive, having a family history, etc. to be tested for diabetes.
Hi
As far as we know I am the only one in the family who has had type 2 Diabetes. I didn’t think I was overweight so I was shocked when the Doctor told me I was obese that was my wake up call
