Your 7 minute workout programs are such a great idea. Although I reckon once people start seeing the results from just 7 minutes a day, 3 days a week, they’ll want to start doing more!

I love the idea of working out in my own time, and using a program that benefits my body! I have lower back issues (from having five big babies!) so I know that I need to take care when working out

I love walking – especially along the beach. Also working with weights. That is my all time favorite!
