Before starting any  Workout Program

The most important thing you can do when starting a workout program is to pick something that you enjoy doing. With the 7 minute workout program it really is simple, you workout for 7 minutes, 3 times a week with a rest day between each workout.

Check with your health care professional

Before you begin your workout program, it is essential that you talk to your doctor about the plans you have. You need to see what kind of health you are in before exercising because depending on your health, you may be limited in your options.

For example, if you have a weak spine, you should avoid playing in any type of physical contact sport. If you have weak joints, you should avoid doing anything that is high-impact. Upon your doctor’s approval, you can participate in any type of exercise you want.

Shoes

Once you have been cleared by your doctor, you should make sure to purchase an excellent pair of shoes. You do not want to exercise in old, worn out shoes because by doing this, you are more prone to injury.

You need to have shoes that are very durable and that are guaranteed to last through all of the physical activity that you will do.

Beginning your workout program

When starting any workout program it is important to start slowly and if you follow the 7 minute workout program you wont risk injury by exercising too much. You get to know your body’s limits.

If You Want Verity

If you are the type of person who gets bored with doing a single exercise, you will find  a variety of exercises for you to do.

There are all types of  other things you can  do. You can run, ride a bike, take up a kickboxing, join a dance class, participate in a sport, The list of things you can do is almost limitless.

aiming to improve your flexibility

If your body is not flexible, you are much more prone to injury. This is why it is essential that you stretch on a regular basis to ensure that your joints stay as flexible as possible.

You should aim to stretch lightly before a workout to prevent an injury and stretch heavily after a workout to decrease any muscle soreness you may have.

Therefore, these tips show that working out is not as difficult as many make it out to be. Apply these tips, and you will be well on your way to better health.

  1. Your 7 minute workout programs are such a great idea. Although I reckon once people start seeing the results from just 7 minutes a day, 3 days a week, they’ll want to start doing more!

  2. That’s some great information about exercising. Pre-workout it is very very important to do some light stretching and warm ups. Many people tend to think that this is not a big deal but it really does help. Doing so will help blood circulation to the particular area which increases the amount of oxygen it would receive hence providing more energy.

  3. I love the idea of working out in my own time, and using a program that benefits my body! I have lower back issues (from having five big babies!) so I know that I need to take care when working out :)
I love walking – especially along the beach. Also working with weights. That is my all time favorite!
