What is Blogging

Blogging is writing about a subject you are passionate about, it doesn’t have to be restricted to only one topic and you can have many different sites.

For me I do have a couple of different areas I am interested in and now, I have become very passionate about blogging in fitness, health and weight loss.

I started blogging about my weight loss and the fact I had reversed my type 2 Diabetes, since starting the 7 minuet workout, because I wanted to let the world know that after 8 years, I finally found an exercise program that worked for me.

My Doctor is so happy with my results he also wants to start the program.

When I started with 7 minute workout I was in pain, I was uncomfortable as I just couldn’t reduce my weight,

I had been going to the gym for well over 12 months, with no real results and I really hated going.

I joined 7 minute workout in March 2011 I quit the Gym and by July had lost 5 kgs  I am no longer in any pain and at my last 2 HBA1C blood works, all results were normal.

Blogging

That is when I was told I had reversed my Diabetes, so I started blogging about how it is possible for anyone with type 2 Diabetes especially if they are not yet on insulin can reverse Diabetes.       

So if you love Blogging and want to make a difference in others lives then do it and If one blog isn’t enough for you, create more!

  2. Way to go Rita! Let’s assume for a moment that the 7 Minute Workout does not cure someone’s diabetes. It’s still go to be terrific for their overall health and attitude. I’ve read that if exercise were a drug, it would be the most prescribed drug in the world.

    The technology makes it incredibly simple to manage and the search engines love them due to being content driven and updated on a regular basis.

      I want everyone that some Type 2 Diabetes can be reversed but that you still must keep a watch on your sugar levels.
