Blogging is writing about a subject you are passionate about, it doesn’t have to be restricted to only one topic and you can have many different sites.
I started blogging about my weight loss and the fact I had reversed my type 2 Diabetes, since starting the 7 minuet workout, because I wanted to let the world know that after 8 years, I finally found an exercise program that worked for me.
My Doctor is so happy with my results he also wants to start the program.
When I started with 7 minute workout I was in pain, I was uncomfortable as I just couldn’t reduce my weight,
I had been going to the gym for well over 12 months, with no real results and I really hated going.
I joined 7 minute workout in March 2011 I quit the Gym and by July had lost 5 kgs I am no longer in any pain and at my last 2 HBA1C blood works, all results were normal.
That is when I was told I had reversed my Diabetes, so I started blogging about how it is possible for anyone with type 2 Diabetes especially if they are not yet on insulin can reverse Diabetes.
So if you love Blogging and want to make a difference in others lives then do it and If one blog isn’t enough for you, create more!
