  1. Achieving our weight loss goals can be a true challenge, made even more so by poor diets. My website is not about getting thin in 2 weeks but how to take those 2 weeks and get started on a life long change in lifestyle. Good nutrition and exercise are truly the key to safe and effective weight loss. Glad to see someone else feels that way to.

  2. lovely way of presenting the beneficial information .. like the subject weight loss as well as the way you have putted it here …!!

  3. Thanks to shows like The Biggest Loser many people believe that when they start a weight loss program they should be losing 10-15 pounds per week. When they “only” lose 1-2 pounds per week or even have a week when they hold steady, they think that their program is not working and give up. 1-2 pounds per week may not be that exciting, but over the course of the year that is 50-100+ pounds AND you will have a better chance of keeping the weight off which really is the long term goal.
