Seven Minute Workout Fitness Training

If you want look and feel better, then make the time for your fitness training with a seven minute workout you can, in a very short space of time start looking better and you will also look forward to your next workout.

Seven Minute workout three days a week is a safe and sensible exercise program for men and women, one that can be done in your home and at your convenience.

Ideal For Everyone

It is the ideal solution for people who have not been active or for those who already have a fitness training regime but are not satisfied with the results they are getting.

Whether you want quick results to look your best for an upcoming event such as a wedding, or you have just faced the fact that it’s not your clothes that are shrinking, but that you are in fact building up fat instead of muscle.

Building Muscle Burns Fat

Fat is bigger in mass than muscle so for your fitness training doing a seven minute workout will help build your muscle, and in building muscle you will be burning the fat.

Not repeating an exercise for the ten days will let the muscles repair and tone them. When your are building muscles you are burning the fat.
It is best if you follow a fitness training program that will target each area separately allowing you to target  them all separately with a rest day between each workout.

Example

•     The chest and upper back – Day 1
•     Flabby arms – Day 3
•     The lower body- Day  5
•     Thighs, hamstrings – Day 7
•    Abs and lower back  -Day 9

All this can be done in your own home even starting without any equipment, progressing to a  gym, or getting your own home gym equipment gradually allowing you to do your fitness training when it is convenient for you .

You can add some cardio to your seven minute workout as you gain strength if that is what you feel you need.
Eating a balanced diet rich in protein as well fruit, nuts and fresh vegetables will all help to give you that healthy glow.
