The 7 Minute Workouts do benefit really can benefit the busy Mum and Dad and even the kids can start doing it at an early age in fact i have my 3 older grand children at least once a week at the moment , hopefully they will continue and build up their fitness

I find this article very helpful. It is so true that planning healthy meals every single day can have a significant impact on your weight loss over a period of time. I myself require some weight loss and have been trying my best to plan my healthy meals but am futile as I am a big big fan of food. Besides the healthy meals, constant exercise and persistent in exercise is also a very important factor. There is no point in exercising vigorously for only one day and stopping after a few days. It is way way better to do an average amount of exercising every single day.Great article!

I do the exercises at home saving $15 a week I have achieved more fitness in 8 months than I did going to the Gym for 2 years it really is ONLY 7 minutes every second day and snacking on healthier choices that’s been a benefit to me I still have meals only slightly smaller portions.
