Let me give you something to think about in the 50s and 60’s most of the food that we ate, was cooked at home by Mum, usually meat and 3 veggies.
A snack would be home baked biscuits and cakes and there was always a bowl of fruit on the table with bananas, apples, oranges, plums and whatever fruit was in season and it was fresh, not stored for months in a cold room.
Being overweight is now being classed as a disease, and I guess they could be right because as you do feel Dis–ease, but why are we always offered drugs to make changes.
Why not look at our food let natures goodness be our drugs.
One quick way to get all the nutritional goodness from fruit and vegetables is to juice them and using them to clean out our system.
Drug Companies Wouldn’t Like it
The big drug companies would not like that, and they would Poo Hoo anything we can do to bring our health back to what it should be by using natures garden, they would try and frighten people who turn their backs on the drugs they produce.
Things are changing
But there are a growing number of people who are turning their backs on them and turning to natures garden to help preserve the natural health for themselves and their families.
I am not saying there is no place for some medical intervention; I am saying there are alternatives to look at, and maybe it’s time to acknowledge that.
